FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
-7 Dragons Therapeutic Spray
Q: Will it stain?
A: It can stain if left to dry, but can be removed with alcohol, ethanol, vodka, rubbing alcohol, or isopropyl alcohol even after it has dried.
Q: Can you use it on cuts?
A: The answer is yes, but it does sting on open wounds till the alcohol dries. After that it really helps take away pain.
Q: How long is the shelf life, I have a bottle that’s really old?
A: It has been found to be effective even after 10 years, so there may be
a very extended shelf life.
Q: Can I use it if I’m pregnant?
A: No. Because of the herbs used it could cause complications.
Q: Where can I buy more?
A: It may be purchased through this web site, or through the store where you originally bought it.
Q: Should I rub it in or just spray and leave it?
A: It can be used either way, but remember to get enough on if you rub it in, so it isn’t spread too thin.
Q: How often should I use it?
A: Two or three applications per day are usually sufficient.
Remember to apply it again though if you wash the area.
Q: Can I use it on my pet?
A: Yes! It works great on animals. It has been used on horses with a wonderful effect. It has been used on cats and dogs and they don’t seem to mind it at all. They do find the smell interesting however.
Q: Is it safe to use on kids?
A: Yes! Kids love the pain killing effect and many times will ask for it. Remember though that it can sting on open wounds, so be careful.
Q: Can I use too much?
A: There doesn’t seem to be any harm in using too much. Many users use it many times per day for whatever it bothering them.
Q: Will it kill germs?
A: Though it hasn’t been tested in a laboratory, many of the herbs used in 7 Dragons have anti-bacterial effects.
Q: Is it safe to use on problems other than the ones listed on the bottle?
A: Yes, use it if you have pain but not internally, and do not spray it on the face.
Q: Why won’t my bottle spray?
A: Sometimes the bottle sprayer can become clogged with resins used in the formula. To dissolve these resins soaking the cap in any kind of alcohol can dissolve the resins and free up the sprayer.
Q: I don’t like the smell, does it last long?
A: Some people love the smell, and some don’t. The strong odor is due to the use of essential oils in 7 Dragons and the strong resinous herbs used in making it. Most of the smell is due to the essential oil though and is mostly absorbed by the skin within 10 minutes.
Q: How long will the pain relief effect last?
A: Usually the effect will last 4 to 5 hours before you may need to reapply. Rememeber too though that this liniment is not only stopping pain, but also helping to heal your problem, so in time you may need to use it less often or your problem may just heal.
Q: Does it do more than stop or reduce pain?
A: The herbs used in 7 Dragons have a long reputation in Chinese Medicine for helping to speed healing and aid the body in repairing tissue more quickly than without the aid of these herbs. It’s difficult to really say what’s going on as the effect seems to be without precident in the world of herbal remedies, but having used it for many years, it seems to actually speed and cause the repair of tissues that normally take much longer to heal.
